Rohit Vedant (b. 1993 in Pune, India) is a contemporary artist who has been based in Singapore for the past 15 years. Self-taught, his work expresses itself through architectural landscapes in the minimalist abstract style of Neoplasticism and Hard-edge painting.

Piet Mondrian, Henri-Edmond Cross & Theo van Doesburg to name a few.
What is the most important tool when creating your work?
Music is the most important tool for me when I create. It gets me into the right headspace.
What is the best piece of advice you have been given?
"Genius is knowing when to stop."
Where do you go for inspiration?
Rooftops. Most of my work is influenced by architectural structures and the rooftops provide me with 2 of the most important things, fresh air and a great view.
