Seungmin Lee received her BFA and MFA in Printmaking from Hongik University, Seoul, Korea, in 2012 and 2017 respectively. From 2015-2017, she worked as a Printmaking Lecture Teaching Assistant at the Hongik Institute of Continuing Education for Culture and the Arts.

She has participated in numerous exhibitions, such as the 2017 "Artist of Tomorrow" Exhibition, GyeomJae JeongSeon Art Museun, Seoul, the 17th International Biennale of Printmaking in Sarcelles, France in 2015 and many others. In 2017 she won the Prize in Western Painting at the 8th "Artist of Tomorrow" exhibition, GyeomJae JeongSeon Art Museum, Seoul, Korea, and in 2016 she won an award at the 36th Korean Contemporary Printmakers Association Newcomer Competition, Seoul.
