I was always attracted to art, and drawing was my main occupation. So I got my professional education in visual arts and design.
I worked in interior design, also in graphic design, illustration, portrait, copying, etc... But I realized that this activity limits me, and I focused on independent creativity. For me it was the most effective way to study and express. Organized an exhibition of her paintings with two invited artists. I participate in exhibitions, competitions, presented in online galleries.
The experience of working in various fields of art is reflected in the technical part of my work. For example, out of the love of interiors and illustration, my works are fascinated by the relationship of light and shadow, lines and spots, laconicism and hyperbolism.
Since I was a child, I have a natural tendency to express myself through graphics. However, I am attracted to painting, and in recent years I use it more often using oil and acrylic. In my artistic practice I am interested in balancing between graphics and painting, looking for their points of contact, watching how they interact.
I create my works in a realistic manner. These are reflections on my current reality. In some instances, my images might be symbolic or with a share of surrealism. In the plots I address the person, the inner processes of the person. I am interested in how a person feels, positions and expresses himself, how builds his or her life in society, what the human is relative to different spheres of life and in terms of different fields of knowledge. I seek to express the states associated with different kinds of sensory experience, thought activity, to convey people’s relationship with each other in different contexts and with the world.
Just as time moves non-stop, art as a reflection of time must always be in motion, searching and exploring, thus taking on its true value. And then the meaning of art's existence goes beyond the author's world.
Describe your creative process.
Total isolation is my critical important tool as it help me to get the depths of experiences and reflections. I need to dive into the work to then emerge as if in a slightly forgotten reality. These transitions from state to state are a kind of anchor points for my creative process.
What is the most important tool when creating your work?
Soul, mind and hand - that's what is really needed. All other instruments are variable.
Where do you go for inspiration?
For inspiration, I look to psychology and other sciences, literature, communication, and various forms of art.
