Velimir Vukicevic graduated from the Academy of Applied Arts, Belgrade, Serbia 1974 and completed specialization 1976. from 1974 to 1992 he was a free- lance artist. In 1992 he was elected as professor for ceramic sculpture at the Faculty of Applied Arts. he is member of IAC-AIC Geneva.
He participated in more than 200 group exhibitions in the country and around the world in Japan, Taiwan, china, Australia, Portugal, Spain, Italy New Zealand, Egypt Greece, Korea, Ireland, England, Switzerland, France, Poland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, Hungary, Belgium, USA etc.
his works are found in numerous collections of museums in Serbia, France, Croatia, China, Switzerland, Japan, Italy, Korea, Germany, Hungary, Turkey Tunisia and Taiwan
He had 12 solo exhibitions in Serbia, France, Germany, japan, Croatia.
Velimir Vukicevic is winner of over 30 regional, national and international awards.
