Daily Rituals, by Alanah Jarvis
A donation from every sale will go towards the ‘Swim it Forward’ foundation to help fund swimming lessons for Aussie kids from low income families. Evidence of this will be sent with the Certificate of Authenticity.
This painting serves as a reminder or reward to pay homage to your daily ritual, whether it’s a swim at sunrise or sunset, daily meditation or gratitude or simply finding 5-10 minutes to yourself, there’s been a lot of research into how important positive daily rituals are and I hope they bring you all the happiness you deserve.
