About the art
Artist statement
An ancient legend about anemones says that they were named after the windy, loving young man Adonis. He was incredibly handsome and amorous. He was carried away by two goddesses at the same time: Persephone, the goddess of the underworld, and Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. The painting is painted with a palette knife, oil on canvas. Stretched out on a wooden stretcher. The canvas size is 100x80 cm. On the back side there is a cable that can be hung on the wall in the interior
