Artist statement
Painting: Acrylic on Canvas.
This Painting was done as part of a Black and White Series. I enjoy going back to basics with Black and White because I can get so much dimension and depth within the painting. This piece was painted with silicone wedges which helps create movement through layering and subtractive measures.
Sides of the painting are painted, so there is no need for framing.
