About the art
Artist statement
This series came about simply by looking at my subject from a different angle - one I had not taken into consideration. I am a fan of exploring a subject from all angles, in different light situations and when I am in different moods myself. This particular point of view came by accident, crouched by my light table doing something else - cleaning up I believe - just goes to show how even mundane activities can produce inspiration and progress.
