Artist statement
Wilderness is a expressive painting depicting bold brush strokes and hints of peeping raw unfinished canvas giving it a sense of raw, untamed beauty.
The presence of delicate pink water lilies and the reflections of the sky and trees evoke a sense of tranquility.
The addition of dripping paint lines adds a dynamic touch, reminiscent of Monet's own artistic innovations.
The painting will be delivered rolled in a tube.
