About the art
Artist statement
The female figure has always intrigued me and provides much inspiration for my work. Form is also an important element in the work I create; I am interested in straight lines, curves, concave, and convex forms. I would place an equal amount of emphasis on posture, emotion and expression which I wish to portray through my work. I love working with clay and bronze because of the freedom of expression it allows.
