Artist statement
Painting inspired by a few round trips on the line of the Tokyo sky train, the "Yamanote line" which surrounds the heart of the city. Metal world: rails, beams, cables, pylons… with a rich color chart of grays tinted by spaces of bright colors reserved for commercials and safety instructions.
