Being able to create a great influence is not the result of an instantaneous process. From being a pioneer to becoming an influence and getting more influential takes time. The shoot of a plant grows and continues to grow until it becomes a sturdy support. Consistency and seriousness makes its existence beyond doubt. Not only reading but also being read, not only looking for sources but also being a source that is increasingly abundant.
