"My inspiration for “Urban Whispers” come from feelings & emotions that have been evoked by experiences throughout my life.
Endearing family moments, career experiences, traveling adventures, life events and most importantly my own personal thoughts & emotions that I use to create a painting.
Colours and shapes become a way of expressing an emotion or a thought that come together in my paintings & open a dialogue between the viewer and me.
Colours & shapes always play a major part in my paintings. The shapes & colors in thick oil paints and texture applied with knives express a desire & a flow of life energy that resonates with me. They are the very essence of my storytelling."
