Artist statement
"My Paintings are inspired by nature.
To me poppy flowers symbolic of beauty and perfection in their shape and form . Yellow poppies mean wealth and success. They symbolise the good of life, looking ahead to prosperity.
They also symbolise love and affection. With the use of bold strokes and thick texture I am trying to depict the purity and innocence of nature."
