About the art
Artist statement
This work belongs to a new series where the gestural stroke of thick black lines are the base of the composition and the white and gray shapes delimit the gestural expression. It is based on the branches of the trees and seeing the light between the tops. The forest landscape that surrounds my environment is an inexhaustible source of motifs and ideas for my painting. It is a work with a zen touch.
It is made with acrylic paint on cotton duck canvas, which I prepare with a casein glue primer that I prepare myself and with diluted pigments. The work is signed on the front and on the back.
Shipped rolled in a tube.
