About the art
Artist statement
This work is a continuation of my "Interiors" series and is also an extension of another multi-panel work called "Connections". This time it is inspired by an urban garden. It is a minimalist work with a composition that is based on figures in black, green and violet. Thin white lines appear that serve as a link or "mooring" of the color fields. I liked the rhythm of the curves that contrast with the square blocks.
The work consists of two parts, it is a diptych and is made with acrylic, pigments and casein glue on cotton duck canvas.
