My work is inspired by Bauhaus - Josef Albers - Richard Paul Lohse - Johannes Itten - Gerhard Richter
I hope my viewers feel an interaction of tension and harmony
I chose hard edge painting as the best mode, to intermediate between the government of a rule system of lines, angles, limited areas - and the wilderness of colors...
Acrylmalerei auf Leinwand, das die reinen 12 Tertiärfarben analog dem Itten - Farbkreis verwendet.
Das Motiv ist um 45° gegen das Bildformat gedreht, so daß sich zwei Hängeoptionen ergeben, die beschlagtechnisch vorbereitet sind :
1)
Aufhängung Ecke Quadrat - es entsteht eine Rhombe mit ausgeprägtem Spitzencharakter
Die vier möglichen Aufhägevarianten liefern recht abwechslungsreiche Bildaussagen. ( Foto 1 und 7)
2)
Aufhängung Längsseite Quadrat - in dieser, eigentlich konventionelleren, ruhigeren Hängung wirkt die Dynamik des Diagonalen stärker
