About the art
Artist statement
Le Petit Prince represents that being we should all experience at least once in our life. This being, though different, mirrors our true selves—the pure, unblemished essence of who we are. The Little Prince transcends all boundaries, whether they pertain to tolerance, patience, happiness, anxiety, or love, amplifying every emotion we've ever felt. It is a magnificent, joyful, and vibrant presence that flourishes right before our eyes. He embodies our future, while we become part of his past. It’s hard to fathom that there will come a time when he no longer needs us. We grow accustomed to each other—him to us, and us to him. As we return to our routines, we realize that life will never be the same. His presence lingers in our peripheral vision, keeping us alert, and the indifferent, weary version of ourselves will awaken like a tiger at the slightest hint of danger. Let’s embrace a new normal that will never truly be normal again... Do you have a Little Prince or Princess in your life?
