Artist statement
The artist's inspiration to create this work came from the feeling of walking through the streets of Berlin. "It's like being inside a minimalist painting with influences from the Bauhaus school." This work also makes reference to the aesthetics of brutalist architecture, besides bringing contrasting colors it portrays hard but absolutely pure forms.
