Artist statement
This work of art was inspired by Mondrian's Neoplasticism. The artist seeks to reflect universal order and harmony through this highly symmetrical abstract geometric composition, creating a visual balance between the forms and the colors used that transmit a sense of order and stability.
This artwork is not only limited to the representation of geometric shapes, but also seeks to express a spiritual abstraction through the balance between opposites such as feminine and masculine, static and dynamic, positive and negative.
His approach to abstract geometry also creates a relationship with modernist design and architecture, as well as with mathematics and the search for a rational order.
