In praise of motherhood. In many cultures, the female breast is a potent symbol of beauty, motherhood, and vitality. As a symbol of nurturing, the breast embodies the qualities of loving awareness and compassion, providing a foundation for understanding our deepest emotional needs. The all-giving or infinite breast symbolizes a state of consciousness in which we are deeply and completely fulfilled, and all our needs are met.
