A mesmerizing Damien Hirst Spin painting with explosions of vivid color amidst the timeless, mysterious form of a standout Hirst circle. This Damien Hirst Spin painting originates from Hirst’s ‘Spin Workshop’ - a public event collaboration hosted by the artist to celebrate the opening of his heralded 2009 exhibition: ‘Requiem’ at the Pinchuk Art Centre, Ukraine.

This artwork was produced during the grand opening of the "Requiem" exhibition at the PinchuckArtCenter in Kyiv. This solo exhibition showed more than 100 works by Damien Hirst, from the years 1990 to 2008. To mark this significant occasion, the artist set up four "Spin Painting Machines". Throughout the initial first two days of the exhibition, attendees were invited to express their creativity by utilizing the machines to create their own. unique artworks, Damien Hirst, accompanied by a team of studio assistants, was present to provide assistance and guidance. Each finished artwork was stamped with event details.
