About the art
Artist statement
Although I've gained recognition for my signature techniques of dripping paint and expressive brushstrokes, I've chosen to simplify and reduce the level of gestural elements in this canvas, which now hangs on my studio wall in the form of a large square. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this new artistic direction I'm exploring.
This substantial original piece can be observed on both dark and light walls, either with or without a sleek gold floating frame.
In the early days of my art career, my work was often likened to Kandinsky's, and it seems I am now naturally gravitating towards a reflection of my current creative ideas. My primary goal is to ensure that I am faithfully following my artistic vision at the moment of creation.
