About the art
Artist statement
Near where I live there is a meadow on a hillside that is covered in Bluebells. It really is a site to see. I have taken many a picture there, but none quite matched what I have seen there (yet). I tried something different with this one, pressing the shutter with a slow speed and panned the camera across the scene. Not many make it as interesting enough. But this one, felt like watching a hillside of bluebells through a long lens while speeding along the road (this bluebell meadow cannot be seen from any road). And it reminds me how quickly their best passes so quickly.
