Artist statement
Acrylic artwork in impressionistic style. Idyllic evening with yachts on Aegean sea. Aseeva considers plein air as an important part of an artist's life. She says: "When you are limited with time and the atmosphere is changing so rapidly you should catch the most important thing and convey it to the viewer". The artist uses palette knives to create a thick layer of colour and texture.
The artwork is made with high quality colours and is covered with a varnish layer in order to protect the surface from dust and adverse environment. The artwork is stretched on a supported wooden frame and is ready to hang. The borders are white, so it doesn't need framing. The artwork is signed from the front and back side. Certificate of Authenticity signed by the author comes along.
