About the art
Artist statement
Unique paper collage of partly painted paper and partly recycled paper. Glued to wood in a natural wooden frame. This work is about simplification and minimalism. By using simple surfaces in the right color combinations, I try to create simplified work in an abstract way. By applying structure to the paper using paint and other mediums, a subtle layering is created. The artwork is experienced as minimalist, serene and interesting. The artwork is signed on the back and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
The collage is finished with a water-repellent and UV-resistant coating.
The Artwork is 60 x 60 cm. The Artwok with frame is 63 x 63 cm.
The artwork is about 5 kg. With packaging for shipping about 9 kg.
