Artist statement
This painting is a mood landscape, as if seen through a glass that has rain on it, we can't quite make out what it is but we still have a feeling about it. The work is in the style of abstract expressionism.
This artwork is painted on professional-grade canvas stretched and sealed with varnish. The canvas has dimensions 198 cm in width by 101 cm in height. The painting is painted on the sides in a different colour.
However, this painting is shipped off-stretcher and rolled-up, due to the size and will require remounting at the collector's local framing store.
The artwork was created on the 14th day of September 2023.
