Artist statement
This artwork is an emotional description of going away and coming back and being welcomed by many in such a wonderful way, it is refreshing. This work is painted in the style of abstract expressionism.
This work is painted with synthetic polymer acrylic and the surface is a professional-grade 12 oz canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is stretched onto an HD stretcher with dimensions 107 cm in height and 198.1 cm in width. The painting is painted white on the sides so there is no need for framing.
