This painting is one of a long series, spanning many years, being untitled. These works are large format and are really an exploration in different kinds of transition with paint. This work is painted in the style of abstract expressionism.
This work is painted on professional-grade canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas has the dimensions is 340 cm in width by 200 cm in height. The sides are painted the same as the surface.
This canvas is too big to ship mounted on a stretcher and so it is shipped rolled-up and will require mounting by a framer, ideally the framer should stretch the artwork in the place where it will be hung.
This work was created on the 23rd-25th day of August 2023.
