Artist statement
Original painting on stretched canvas named „Memory of the rain“.
Dimensions: 70cm x 90cm.
I’ve remembered one day at this summer when me and my family got caught in the strong rain, we were soaked to the skin, we stood under a tree huddled close to each other and at that moment I felt that we were one and stronger than ever, shielding each other from the cold and rain. After the bad weather the sun came out. My memories remain of this moment of unity and strength, not of the storm we found ourselves in. My artwork is permeated with these memories.
Art work has been painted by hand on the high quality cotton canvas, delivered stretched on the wooden frame, sides are painted with black.
Colors: Black, Blue, Ocher, Beige, Terquoise, Pink.
Painting is signed on the back. Work is being shipped on stretched canvas. The Art work is perfect for neutral and light colored contemporary interiors.
