Artist statement
Original painting on stretched canvas named „Turquoise islands“.
Dimensions: 100cm x 70cm.
Art work has been painted by hand on the high quality cotton canvas, delivered stretched on the wooden frame, sides are painted with black.
Colors: Beige, Pink, Grey, Ivory, Light blue, Dark blue, Violet.
Painting is signed on the back. Work is being shipped on stretched canvas. The Art work is perfect for neutral and light colored contemporary interiors.
A romantic and delicate artwork, but at the same time added a spicy contrast and shapes that are formed by pattern's differences. Warm and cold shades of pink go well with rich blue. Like small islands of color diverse textures are distributed over the canvas, sometimes covered by the shape, sometimes dissolving with a distant color. So it wants to peer into the interesting effects created by the spontaneous application of paint.
Painting is protected by professional varnish to save the surface and colors bright.
