Artist statement
I'm continuing a series of work I started in 2018, on gesture, expression and the message that hands can convey. Color also plays an important role, since it is a vector of emotions. These compositions are unique and leave free interpretation to the viewer to constitute his own message.
This is an original hand painted artwork by Ewen Gur.
Technique used: acrylic and ink on canvas.
High-quality colors (UV-Light resistant) are used to protect the artwork.
The artwork is signed.
Note: this canvas artwork is not yet stretched on a wooden frame, for conservation reasons and to avoid damaging the artwork.
