Artist statement
"Red Square" is a vibrant and rhythmic arrangement of abstract geometric shapes highlighting the beauty of Islamic art. The placing of colours and elements forms a kaleidoscope of visual interest in the viewer’s eye and give life to the piece.This painting is a one of a kind authentic, original artwork based on my signature style of geometric abstraction using simple Islamic patterns with a bold and modern approach. The design arrangement is derived entirely from my own observation and imagination.
This painting is in 40 x 40 inches size including the wooden frame around. The work is on a high grade cotton stretched canvas, titled, signed and dated at the back. All material used in its production are of top quality to last the test of time. Colours are Winsor & Newton professional acrylic paints. It is ready to hang with fixed hinges and wire.
