Artist statement
A clear and simple sculpture, that shows the beaty of the Belgium bluestone. On top the rough part, with a rhythmic structure. The surface polished to deep black, so you can see the little fossils of the stone. For me it's a meditative form.
This sculpture is made of three parts. The top lies loose on the two bases. It can be placed outside, but will eventually lose its shine.
