About the art
Artist statement
Inspiration for this painting have come from trees, their leaves gently shaking with the breeze. There are rhythms and movements in nature that just make me feel happy, balanced. I feel new again, with another chance to be free.
This mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, pearlescent pigments, gesso, resins mixed with sands on aluminum Dibond board. The yellow color has metallic golden pigments in it, and it shines under proper lightning conditions. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
Size unframed: 30x20x0.1" (76.2x50.8x0.3cm) on aluminum Dibond panel.
