Artist statement
I was walking in an ancient forest when I got inspiration for this artwork. I was caught by the subtle movements of leaves on the trees and bushes, quivering and bringing liveliness to everything around. Such a special place.
Mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed to sand
