About the art
Artist statement
This nostalgic and atmospheric abstract landscape is inspired by flocks of birds flying in the early morning. I love to watch them dancing in the air, in solo dives and then regrouping. It reminds me how we are also in constant movement and change, and that we need each other to find the perfect evolutions.
This original mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
Size unframed: 47.2x31.5x0.1" (120x80x0.3cm).
Size framed: 124x84x4cm.
On aluminum Dibond panel.
It's signed on the back and ready to hang. This painting is offered framed with a white wood American type floating frame, 4cm thick.
