Artist statement
What carries me to you is a white green abstract painting on canvas that reminds me of certain silent winter mornings in the gulf in front of my city, when the sea is almost white, and clouds reflections give the water impossible colors. I love those atmospheres!
The original 31.5x39.4x0.7" (80x100x1.8cm) artwork on wrapped canvas, is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
It's signed on the back by the author and ready to hang.
This painting has been exhibited at Art Marbella 2020, Spain.
