Artist’s musings on the Pose series:
In contemporary fashion magazines, we often see fashion models that are photographed in poses that seem somewhat awkward and with unnatural body gestures. As these poses are unachievable by “everyday people”, it illustrates that in our modern life, the concept of value is simply this: the harder it is to achieve, the more valuable it is.”
