Description:
Printed with a 12 inkjet printer over Hahnemühle Baryta paper. Signed certificate of authenticity.
Story:
Between 1901 and 1927, Val-Jalbert was a vibrant pulp mill. The mill was built by Damase Jalbert in the village known as "Ouiatchouan," named after the waterfall that supplied water for wood pulp production.
The mill still stands today and has been converted into a museum that showcases its processing methods, along with a viewing platform for the waterfall.
While searching for a good vantage point to capture the waterfall, I noticed a web glistening with small droplets created by the mist beneath the ladder steps.
I used an extension ring for a macro perspective and focused stacked multiple images to achieve a final image with a broad depth of field.
