Artist statement
A study in colour and geometry. Andromeda: Six Colour Studies evolved from an architectural photograph of the Grand Arch (La Grande Arche de la Défense) in Paris, France. The building itself is essentially a cube which lends itself naturally to geometric and abstract interpretation. The result, with the addition of primary and related colours is a vibrant, thought provoking panoramic image.
