Artist statement
The picture of a girl immersed in darkness makes you think about the deep stories hidden in her eyes. Her gaze speaks of the many thoughts and feelings that arise in the transition from light to darkness, from joy to pain. She seems to catch these transitions as they go, not being afraid to plunge into the depths of herself.
Her gaze seems to be able to read the depths of the soul itself. In this darkness, she finds herself, discovering new facets of her strength and confidence.
Here you can only see a flickering light, but the girl is not afraid of this darkness. She carries strong emotions, experiences and feelings of pain, but despite this she does not refuse to plunge into darkness and enter life with new aspirations.
The girl in the picture is a true hero, she shows that a strong person is one who can listen to his heart and is ready to fight the darkness, overcome new obstacles and find his strength. The painting reminds us that there is always a new day and a chance to move from pain to joy.
