Unwind

This ceramic sculpture captures the fluidity and movement of the ocean through its undulating tentacle-like forms, meticulously built using wave coils. Inspired by the rhythmic motion of waves, each coil flows seamlessly into the next, evoking the endless push and pull of the sea. The sculpture’s surface is glazed in deep blues, mirroring the vast ocean depths, while earthy browns ground the piece, reminiscent of driftwood and sand.
