Artist statement
I have been photographing flowers since the start of the pandemic and do not ever want to stop. I love the way they give up their intimate detail when photographed and enlarged. When printed large, these very common flowers become almost overpowering and they adopt another personality with their dominant scale compared to their everyday existence.
Paper is A1 size - 84.1cm x 84.1. Signature, Date, Title and Edition Number on Verso. Sent with a Certificate of Authenticity.
