About the art
Artist statement
Stories are like magic carpets that take us on incredible journeys. Whether it's fairy tales with talking animals and fairies, ancient myths about gods and heroes, or folk tales passed down through generations, they all have a special way of capturing our hearts and minds.
Fairy tales are just for fun, whisking us away to far-off lands filled with adventure. Myths tell ancient stories about gods and heroes, mixing imagination with the divine. Folk tales travel across borders, bringing people together with shared experiences.
Even though these stories come from different places, they often teach us important lessons. Like "The Ugly Duckling" showing us the value of acceptance and friendship. Or "The 12 Swans," teaching us about love and sacrifice.
No matter where we're from, stories remind us that we're not so different after all. They give us hope and inspire us to make the world a better place.
