About the art
Artist statement
Nine is cut from an eight foot Cedar plank. It is painted with a steel impregnated paint that, once subject to several chemical applications... it looks like rusted steel. Planting bulbs in our ever-needy garden inspired this particular piece.
Nine includes a removable base. The bottom 18” of the sculpture easily slides into the slotted base.
