Artist statement
In this work, I sought to convey the very essence of the tranquility and warmth that this view of Pic Saint-Loup offered me. Watercolourscolors made in-situ helped me to realize this oil painting in which I kept only the essential. Each color in this semi-abstract landscape invites contemplation and serenity. It's ready to hang.
