Artist statement
"Between Us X" is an abstract expressionist painting by popular Canadian artist Johanne Brouillette. This series is about how visible, gestural and very dynamic brushstrokes are represented. Tones of blue, rust, grey and cream create a painting full of energy and that blends into any decor or room.
