Artist statement
Textural, colourful, and highly unique, Boxed In will provide a talking point whether hanging on the wall or standing on a surface.
Influenced by feelings of containment during lockdown and the fact that this restriction was shared by all.
The work has a space on the back for hanging neatly over a nail. Or it can be a free-standing sculpture. On the back, you will find my signature, initials, title, and year. It is registered on the NRAA (National Registry for Australian artists). The work comes with details of the registration and a Certificate of Authenticity.
