Artist statement
Brightly coloured paintings hug a pristine white canvas. Small it may be but this little gem is big on conversation.
Inspired by news reports that suggest we stay in our homes and practise good hygiene. The idea of our homes as a safe bubble, but is the virus simply hovering outside the perimeter waiting to strike.
This work is fitted with D rings and wire for immediate hanging. On the back, you will find my signature, initials, title, and year. It is registered on the NRAA (National Registry for Australian artists). The work comes with details of the registration and a Certificate of Authenticity.
